As long as your region is within our sales coverage, any product purchased from BetterLoveDoll is eligible for free global shipping with no additional shipping fees. Additionally, we offer tax-free services for most regions—we will cover the relevant taxes on your behalf. Below is our shipping coverage and tax-free service regions.

BetterLoveDoll offers free shipping to the following countries and regions, but buyers are responsible for paying taxes:

Switzerland, Norway, Israel, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, South Africa.

BetterLoveDoll will provide appropriate guidance for tariff payments.

Note: Special areas may not be fully covered, please contact David for inquiries.And our free shipping primarily uses air transport. However, for certain regions, such as remote areas outside the U.S. mainland (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico), Australia, and South American countries, the default shipping method is sea transport. I have been collecting dolls for four years. I have purchased from at least six vendors. Nowhere have I had the personalized service than from betterlovedolls.
One of my MMX dolls had a major problem with the silicon implants in the butt. The MMX brand is extremely high quality and this was an honest defect in the implant compartments of both butt cheeks. I contacted David at betterlovedolls and he gave me a replacement MMX doll for the cost of shipping. These are 2k dollar dolls. The new doll arrived a month later and she is as beautiful as the old one and without the defect.
This vendor stands by their dolls. They have a great points system and you are rewarded for being a good customer. I will only get dolls and heads from them. They have the best collection and service.

Great customer service. My constructive criticisms are not for the seller but on how some dolls are made.. For torso dolls, it seems to go for most, the arms should be reinforced more and move better, if you use them to prop her up for a bit of oral shall we say.. and if you raise them past horizontal the shoulders look weird AF.. that said the rest has some amazing attention to detail, beautiful doll. Again the rest is up to the user, depth, look all of that.. Though I also wish mroe and more dolls would also pay more attention to the Starfish look (asshole) give it a solid B+ , and a A+ for the sale I got it from.
