When there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to provide after-sales service. Below are our after-sales service commitments to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

1. Full Refund for Delayed Delivery

Except for Elsababe and Fanreal dolls, which have longer production cycles (Please click here to view the production time of each brand), if the delivery time for other love dolls you purchased exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and send the doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

  • 1.1 If the delivery personnel have repeatedly contacted the recipient, but the recipient has not cleared customs or picked up the goods, resulting in the return or loss of the goods, we will not bear any responsibility.
  • 1.2 If the recipient provides an incorrect address or contact information, and we have repeatedly contacted the customer without receiving a response, leading to extended delivery time, loss of goods, or delivery failure, we will not be responsible.
  • 1.3 For products with special functions or specific customer requirements that result in extended production time, the delivery time will be separately agreed upon.

2. Receiving the Wrong Love Doll

If the doll you received does not match your order (e.g., completely different from the factory or website images), please provide photos or videos (including the full body, head, logistics label, and outer packaging) within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or cover the shipping costs to resend the correct product. (Please keep the packaging and product intact and contact us promptly via email: service@betterlovedoll.com.)

3. Incorrect or Missing Customization Options

If you find errors or missing customization options upon receiving the love doll, we will compensate you with double the amount of the incorrect or missing options. If the incorrect or missing options were free, we will compensate based on a minimum standard of $20.

4. Severe Damage Within 30 Days

Within 30 days from the date of receiving the product, if the doll suffers severe damage due to non-human factors (e.g., material or quality issues causing fractures in major skeletal parts (torso, thighs, etc.) or large-scale skin cracking), we will provide partial or full compensation based on the extent of the damage. If severe damage is discovered upon receipt, we will offer a full refund or resend the product, with return shipping costs covered by us. (Note: Certain special functions, such as heating, electric hips, or electric suction, are not covered by this policy.)
