As the first work of the series, version A takes "realism and art integration" as its core concept and launches two versions: ROS version and Hard Head version.

ROS version: Equipped with joint structures to enable mouth opening/closing and subtle expression adjustments, granting MARIA dynamic and vivid expressions.

Hard Head Version: Focused on static aesthetics, utilizing multi-layer spray painting techniques and smooth line designs to showcase natural, refined beauty.

Building on Type A, Type B aims for "next-level realism" with the following improvements:

Proportion optimization: The head sculpt’s overall dimensions are tailored for 159F and taller bodies, achieving a more natural head-to-body ratio.

Facial Resculpting: Precise adjustments to eye spacing, nose bridge height, and other facial contours for enhanced visual harmony.

In addition to female dolls, Fanreal has also developed male dolls and has currently launched three realistic male doll heads.

ROS Function

Fanreal Doll can choose between soft head and hard head. The soft head has ROS function, and the head with ROS function has a complete oral structure and a movable jaw.

On May 7, 2025, Fanreal released a new version of the Maria ROS head in TDF(The Doll Forum).

This innovation not only delivers softer and more detailed facial skin textures, but also enables eye expressions that transcend the boundaries between virtual and reality.

At the same time,Fanreal have reconstructed every detail of the oral cavity using medical-grade silicone, from teeth to tongue, even every ridge in the simulated oral canal—all designed to deliver unparalleled safety and sensory immersion. Paired with the warm, life like mucosal texture inside the mouth, every lip-to-lip contact feels like a spring breeze. The agile tongue tip and precisely arranged dentition weave a multi-layered tactile symphony with every movement.

The dual-axis linkage joint in the mandible acts as the crowning touch. Its compound motion trajectory—vertical opening/closing and anterior-posterior displacement—faithfully replicates the natural freedom of human jaw movement.

When it comes to hair, Fanreal currently offers options for wigs, implanted synthetic hair, and implanted human hair.

Header Connector M16

Fanreal uses the M8-M16 connector by default, with an M8 connector on the head and an M16 connector on the body. If you need to change the head connector to an M16 connector, you can contact us for special customization.

Advantages of M16 header connector:

1. Quick installation and disassembly: No need to rotate the entire head for connection; usually adopts plug-in or snap-on structure, and can be installed within 1 second, which is very suitable for frequent replacement or adjustment.

2. Stronger stability and safety: Due to the stronger structure and tighter locking, it is not easy to loosen during use; it helps to reduce head shaking and enhance the sense of reality.

3. Better standardization and versatility: M16 specification is a more common quick connection standard in the industry; it is easy to be compatible across brands or different series (provided that it is the same M16 interface).

4. Improve user experience: No need to worry about thread slippage, jamming and other problems; easier to operate, especially friendly to first-time users.

5. Reduce wear: Since there is no need to rotate the entire head, the wear caused by long-term friction of the thread is avoided.

Ball-jointed Hand Skeleton

The fingertips of the hand skeleton have been redesigned into rounded protrusions to reduce the risk of piercing the skin (silicone layer). such design has helped promoted its security and service life. After repeated experiments and advancements, hands skeleton can reach the level of high-frequency and long-term movements and adjustments. No matter in static pose for photography or adjusting the fingers, it can stay in a hovered position in any angle firmly.

Brand new ball joints of hand skeleton are made with lightweight stainless steel. From the root of the finger to the tip of it, there are 27 movable joints, including 5 360-degree movable joints and 1 multidimensional ball joint. Such design has crossed the restrictions of mechanical feeling ever before. No matter grasping or bending and stretching, hands movements of the dolls can fully express the trajectory of that of a real person.
