Betterlovedoll est un site sérieux en matière de love doll, David s'est montré très réactif pour répondre à mes diverses questions, de plus le site propose une large gamme de dolls avec une fourchette de prix variées.
La livraison s'est faite sans accroc malgré un petit raté avec UPS (une autre date de livraison a été fixée sans soucis!), comptez 3 grosses semaines de la conception à la réception de votre doll.
La doll est incroyablement réaliste, même si très lourde (modèle WM 169L) et le contacte avec le S-TPE est sensationnel, doux et ferme à la fois.
J'ai noté qu'elle ne rendait pas trop d'huile, et pour le moment je n'ai même pas eu besoin de la poudrer (je l'ai depuis 1 mois).
Quelques points négatifs toutefois ; attention lorsque vous commandez votre doll car les mensurations peuvent être déroutantes lorsque vous souhaitez l'habiller avec un risque de sac à patate (mon cas en l'occurrence), aussi je trouve ça dommage que le visage de la doll et sa perruque synthétique ne correspondent pas au marketing du modèle... je veux dire par là que c'est bien des modèle proposés par la marque avec les bonnes références mais ça ne correspond pas aux photos présentées pour mon choix (WM 169 L Lady Dimitrescu), de même la tenue montrée n'est pas ajoutée avec la commande, trop dommage.
Je reste néanmoins satisfait de Betterlovedoll, ce premier achat m'a rassuré vis a vis de ce type de transaction et je me tournerais vers eux pour un futur achat.

This was my first time buying on BLD. And even though I discovered that a realistic doll is not for me David from the customer service gave his best to support me, answering 7 or 8 mails over the course of several weeks to ensure things work out for me.

The questionable stuffs: the website needs to explicitly mention at the end of every product, what will come with the doll. For example, by business standards the clothes in the picture do not come with it but you might be wondering.
Consider if you want to have a better hand skeleton, and ankle movement.
For example, you might want a more realistic hand experience for hand holding or just looks or better structure because Wire finger is a bit flappy. Or you would like to try cow girl style, then ankle movement is essential if you don’t want to break the feet.
Consider how much you care about different styles of hair. Because Ayami here just keeps on having hair falling even when brush with a good comb and hair constantly tangled. Medium good conditioner or shampoo won’t help her having better hair.
Lastly consider weight reduction, because doll are generally very heavy. You might think 80 Pounds is nothing. Well just wait until you want her to a shower, even more so if your bathroom is small. It is all honest muscle works to play with dolls.
It's my second time buying from betterlovedoll. I have seen dolls on other sites for a lot less. Most have mixed reviews. I trusted betterlovedoll with both my purchases and I couldn't be happier. The dolls are beautiful. The shipping was on time. The payment processing was super easy. I will buy again. At this point I could be turning into a collector.
The first short part of this review will open up with the customer service review. I must say, David was exceptionally easy to work with, and did a fantastic job. He was understanding, and did not berate or deride, while still honestly expressing what he thought. Honest business is the single most encouraging trait customer service can have. I would immediately rate my experience with customer service 5 stars. This 3 star review however is for the doll itself.
I will start with the positives.
To open appropriately, I am a hentai artist. This doll is mostly intended for display for inspiration, and as a great conversation starter. I wanted to try to use it to potentially emulate anime figures, and original characters, that I felt I would benefit from getting a more real life eye on. This doll is genuinely as tall as it says it is. She has exceptionally long legs, which are great for model-esque poses. The body style in terms of height does pretty well fit a standard anime type aesthetic. The material that the doll is made if is really soft, pliable, and the texture is pleasant to the touch. She does not feel sticky out of the box, which is pretty standard. The skeleton on this doll is also quite strong, while also still being reasonably easy to pose. The joints do take a small bit of push to engage, but nothing that's hard enough to think you'll damage the doll. You can absolutely tell the frame is made of metal, which should allow it to last a long time. The standing feet if you have an eye for balance also do make standing the doll easy, so moving it around is a lot easier than it would be if you had to pick the entire doll up for every movement.
Now the negatives:
To start, the skeleton has hard edges in the hands. Upon first removing the doll for positioning, I damaged one of the hands pretty easily. The skeleton ripped right through the palm when being laid against the arm of my couch. This is a genuine design problem, as there should be no hard metal edges inside of a doll like this. It's just oversight. The arms and legs were not seemingly as full as the photos on the site suggested. This led me to believe the doll didn't exactly look like the one advertised. They were thin, the legs especially. My calves are as thick as this poor thing's thighs. That's an issue for me, especially since the doll seemed to look to me like it had standard sized legs. This could just be optical illusion thanks to the great photography, but photos on a product that costs as much as a used car shouldn't mislead anyone. That brings me back to the hands. They are small. Really small. That's fine for a model, but unlike a normal adult female who has small hands, they are proportioned like someone who has normal sized hands, and then sized down. The head of the doll is rather small as well. On a doll that is absolutely human height, I expected at least a human size head. This goes double for an anime style, as they are meant to have larger heads artistically.
This is tolerable, but each of these things add to my most important point.
If I place the head on this doll, she looks like a high school child. For a doll advertised for its sexual function, that single aspect gives me the largest feeling of repulsion. I have scrapped the head entirely, and will use it more like a headless manikin, but I just cannot give a good review because of that single aspect. The photos I looked at on the site made her look like a pretty great piece of art, as well as sex doll, that honestly looked adult. What I received did not give me that feeling. With the small legs, thin arms, small hands, and childlike face, I felt no type of attraction (in fact the opposite) in seeing this. I can not in good faith recommend this doll as it's currently manufactured, for this single fact. No sex doll should ever make its owner feel like it could be a child. The legs and arms need to be more full than provided, the hand proportions fixed, and the head figured out entirely. I'm sorry if any of this is disheartening, but I did spend over $1000 to give this honest review. As stated earlier, my customer service review remains currently at 5 stars. The low rating is for the doll itself.

She is absolutely beautiful! I received her in about a week and she was packaged and supported the best I've ever seen in my 15 years of ordering these beauties. Doll came in fairly quick and the quality was great feels and looks great. The only issues I found is during shipping the pole in the neck to attach the head to was bent to side making putting the head on quite difficult also the eyebrows on the right eye fell off on day two. Would of been 5 stars if not for this.

And I can only strongly recommend the upgrades such as soft skin, gel breast etc.

Awesome doll with realistic skin texture, butt/boobs and body feeling with looks to match. I believe that every enhancement is necessary (even implanted hair) but they are not essential, except body softness- ("super" soft butt and boobs).

I've been wanting this model for a very long time. But close to purchase. I saw many different versions of the head that didn't look close to promo pics. After several emails to David he assured me that I could recieve the head as promo for sure. As Irontech's factory is very good at that.
After seeing the factory pics, I was very satisfied. And after getting her home, I have no regrets. The 164 cm body is one of Irontech's Masterpieces. Along with the near perfect promo Fenny head I'm in heaven.

Need I say more than the title. Product is absolutely all I could ask for. My girl was delivered between the 3-7 days that was promised. I could not be happier. Have not needed to contact customer service for anything. The only thing I would mention is to include a care and handling and cleaning guideline in the box. Just to know what we as happy customers can and can't do or use on our ladies. Soaps and lotions and lubes that sort of thing.
