Already threw the doll away. Moveable eyelids are not “moveable” the eyelashes came off one eye very easily. The pinky finger poked me with sharp metal on the inside of the hand so I couldn’t hold her hand. The free extra head had the mouth sealed shut. Immediately just a waste. The icing on the cake was when I was told the meta 2.0 would ship separately. It arrived today and doesn’t work at all without a subscription which is 50-90 dollars a month which was not what I was told. This was supposed to be a year free service included. I’m not paying that much for it and have thrown everything away. I’m out 1600 dollars now. Never again!

Ended up taking about a month to get everything since portions of the doll weren't in stock and had to be shipped from China. Also had pretty immediate issues with anal tearing and tiny bump defects on the doll. Company comped me for these issues and sent me some free glue, which I haven't tried yet, so I can't say it was all bad. Other than the tearing and bump issues, the doll itself is very nice.
I've had my 167 cm TOP-CY doll for two weeks now, and I've had time to get to know her a little.
She arrived in perfect condition, with her two heads with implanted hair (Rui - hard silicone; Polly - ROS).
The doll is as beautiful face-to-face as in the manufacturer's photos. The finishes are very neat (RST finish that discreetly simulates the fine lines of the skin, very convincing matte realistic paint).
I particularly appreciate the quality of the touch: neither too hard nor too soft. It feels like a young woman in her twenties who is fit but not overly muscular. The thickness of the silicone is sufficient throughout (I chose the 'ordinary silicone' option). The breasts and soft buttocks are very pleasant. The breasts jiggle a little when I move the doll. Overall, the visual and tactile sensations are well-matched to the doll's figure and pleasantly realistic. The vagina and anus have a very soft texture with just the right amount of stimulation; here too the sensations are realistic.
The skeleton is of good quality. No creaks or squeaks, the limbs move smoothly and hold their poses well.
The articulated fingers are also easy to position, but I think if TOP-CY offered a hard hands option, I would choose it (it exists for the feet, and the transition between the calf and the feet is almost invisible).
I am very happy with this doll, which is as pretty as it is pleasant to handle.

I first bought a Zelex doll several months ago. It was awful.
The 1.0 SLE material is hard and prone to tears, and the foam core inside distorted the 'skin' when the doll was bent at the waist. The buttocks were strange looking and looked unnatural when the legs were bent at the hips, and every other part of the doll was rigid and unpleasant due to the foam cores being so big and solid. There was also a 'scar' that had been sewn closed on the doll's chest, likely a last minute repair (not that I minded much.). The upsides: the sculpt of the model was good, the skin felt realistic, and the doll shipped out and I had it within days of my purchase.
Regardless, I wasn't impressed. I also just had a bad experience prior to this doll and so I figured that silicone dolls were just supposed to be hard and unpleasant. Then I heard about Zelex's customer support policy- they were sending out 2.0s to customers who had tears on their 1.0s. My doll had them in the armpits and the buttocks, so I reached out.
I had a new, 2.0 model within a month (after corresponding with both Zelex and David from Betterlovedoll).
The 2.0 is so much better. It's as soft as they advertised, and the foam cores inside are reshaped, so it doesn't push out of the back when bending at the waist, and the buttocks no longer distort unnaturally. The tearing, while still possible under excessive stress, is greatly reduced thanks to the extra elasticity of the 2.0. It's a solid doll and a great way to get into silicone, and I think it's well worth the money.
Overall, I'm very happy with everything, especially the doll. Zelex has great customer support, and it goes without saying that David is always wonderful to do business with. I don't think I will be going anywhere else for future purchases.
In closing: DO NOT get a 1.0 SLE doll from Zelex, even if you can find them cheaper. the 2.0 is definitely the way to go.

It was my first companion doll I have purchased. And I have very little negative things to say I am quite happy with my purchase. The only small downsides are the nails on her hands came off very easily from simple usage, and that the autoclamping feature for the vagina has a large open area inside that make it alot less tight then I was expecting but it still feels great. Overall, wow, just stunning craftsmanship! I'm simply floored.I'm thoroughly impressed and overall I prefer Fanreal's Della over EvasDoll Elena that I purchased a month prior via YourDoll competitor site.
Shipping Delivery: I found delivery very secure and proofed reliably: carton box, storage case, or the main doll body. Only complaint about shipping was that I wanted to hold for signature but they just dropped the carton-covered storage case off and drove off. Granted, my apartment block is rather tight and doesn't allow for parking, so perhaps that was it.
My initial notes so far.
1) Fanreal's Della lighter by about 11 lbs which is VERY noticeable at Della's 88.2 lbs vs. Elena's 99.2 lbs.
I'm a short and stocky muscular but still lightweight guy at 150 lbs, so at 100 lbs, Elena is a handful, sheesh. This is why unfortunately I'm not going to be using Elena's body much and my next doll would definitely be as lightweight and flexible/maneuverable as possible.
So already, at 88.2 lbs, Della is much easier to lift up and around. On top of hefty 100 lbs of weight, Elena's silicone skin is just too wobbly and hard to get a hold of, making repositioning and such even more difficult.
2) Della's silicone body is more tighter and colder than Elena's more fluffy, squishy body, best exemplified in the feel of the buttocks. While Elena's are more bubbly/droopy/wobbly (which I like as well), Della's are much more firm, like athletic build tight but still plenty to hold onto and dig, just doesn't wobble/jiggle as much as I'd like.
For positioning and limb adjustment, I much prefer Della's more tighter/colder/firmer silicone feel though, without a doubt.
3) Della's firmer silicone skin can be rubbed/brushed smoothly like real skin while Elena's silicone skin feels far too rubbery because I experience this weird friction when just trying to rub over curvatures.
4) Della's G breasts are just YUGE humongous, very noticeable even over Elena's E breasts which are just two rungs of size smaller. I also prefer Della's perky protruding nipples, as if she's a nymphomaniac who's always aroused.
5) Della's vagina is somehow more juicy and engorged out like a mound than Elena's.
6) Probably the only con so far is that Della's skeleton is FAR more rigid than Elena's. However, I see it more as a PRO because that means Della can STAND and HOLD positions/poses far better than Elena's model.
7) Face details are immaculate. From the factory picture, it looked like the facial structure was a bit different but in real life the head/face was actually again closer to the showcase promo pictures. Interesting.
8) Last but not least, shoutout to David, the BetterLoveDoll representative who went above and beyond duty to procure clothing and other revised items I had requested as a customer. Much appreciated! I am actually in favor of BLD having an option to tip on the order.

Since I have had Della a while now, with Kelly being a latest doll purchase, I wanted them to have implanted hair. With FanReal offering extra heads this is possible. For Della I went with the hard silicone head as this was her original head at time of purchase and she is wearing her hair in a style that I sent along to David to see if FanReal could duplicate the style. They did and she looks great! Kelly is in the hairstyle of her website photos and the head is the same, soft silicone with the movable jaw. Lack of funds at the time of purchase did not allow for me to choose this option from day one, but I can honestly say wow! Implanted hair really does make a difference on the dolls. Well, to start , 1. the doll appearance is a 4/5.. Why, because they haven't perfected good scalp transfer, so it continues to shed at each encounter..
2. The doll is way to0 heavy, from what David says.. I work out during the day, and I can drag up to 200 pounds as my limit.. I was barely able to drag her terminator body into my house. (The Silicone Skin over a Metallic Skeleton , before the mechanical additons, are in the 130 pound range alone..)
3. The holes are too tight.. As a white man or average size ,I am 1 1/4 inches in width , or a circumference of 2 1/2 inches ..) The vaginal hole is barely 1 inch in width and her asshole is half of that.. In order to "get in" , I have to spread her legs to a 180 degrees to just to penetrate.. This is an Asian doll built for an Asian Man.. Honestly, if you are larger than this, you might want to reconsider buying their dolls.. Finally, they will try to ship this coffin shaped box to your house, despite the cost of it.. In my case, I ended up picking up my coffin at a UPS store..
