Although the doll I eventually received isn't the one I originally asked for (due to issues from SE's end), I've grown to really like what this doll has to offer. The head, while a little plain, is pleasant to look at, and fits the body reasonably well. And, with all the soft options, I've never had a doll with such soft features as this one; between that and her curvy figure, she's great to fondle! I don't like how small the feet are (not even women's size 5), making them out of proportion with the body, and her vagina feels a touch loose for my not-so-large member. At least the texture down there is nice.
As for the transaction, there seemed to be issues of communication with SE and between their different departments, leading to a fairly long delay and eventually me getting a different doll, rather than the one I asked for. None of this appears to have been David's fault, though, and I believe he handled it as best he could, especially after some frustration on my part. Overall, I'm pleased with BLD's service.
The whole experience was near Perfect. The website is easy to navigate and filter the ideal doll I was looking for. The delivery was on time also. They claimed 3 to 7 day delivery on the website and it was delivered in that time window. Disclaimer make sure that the doll is in stock or else expect longer. This was my first doll purchase so I was too worried about getting everything I wanted. The outside of the package had moderate damage on one of the corners. The cardboard was torn and Styrofoam was exposed. Thankfully the damage did not exceed the Styrofoam and the product was fine! For this reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.

The doll looks better than real women, I do wish the voice box would be enclosed with more silicone also the holes should be an inch apart. You can't lay side ways with them and the rinse comes out of the side of the doll as well as the bottom. She's heavy but that's due to the skeleton I added to mine. Usage wise she's nice.
I have to say this doll is really nice. You can get a lot of satisfaction with it, if you struggle coz you're unsure about the tits size I can say as european they're more than enough. The experience is awesome, make sure to clean her everytime you can, maybe the only negative side is the body temperature cannot be compared to a human, but hey it's still very fine. Also remember u need to be a little strong to move this doll, otherwise, you could struggle a bit. After reading glowing recommendations for Zelex, I bought my first doll and the quality and detail of the product has lived up to its reputation. I received her about a month ago and the unboxing was a dream come true. She is beautiful, her skin feels so soft, and looks so real. It is uncanny how realistic she looks and it honestly felt strange manipulating her fingers with how poseable they are. It is enjoyable to just manipulate her and admire her, but it is of course enjoyable to just use her too. She also feels very solid and I don't feel like I'm going to break her, except her hands and fingers are very delicate.
Not everything is perfect though; as enjoyable as it is to pose her, the arm and shoulder movement wasn't nearly as intuitive as I thought. In fact, with normal use, I somehow was able to manipulate her arm such that her shoulder shrugs unexpectedly and looks and feels dislocated. It has made using the doll how I would like more difficult and it makes me wary of trying to pose her in certain ways at all.
Prior to posing her (honestly I was nervous just first touching her), I checked the official site for videos, and a lot of the ones that were posted weren't available (they said to contact customer support). The ones that were available to me mostly just went into posing for sex positions, which is helpful, but having a more thorough overview of how the doll moves would allow me to be more creative with that in my own way. The main guidance is to hold the joint being moved, which does help and work, but a video demo would have been more helpful. The doll did also come with some instructions, but they were very basic diagrams of how to move the arms. I was admittedly disappointed that there wasn't a more detailed demo going through the elaborate skeleton and how to manipulate some of the specific joints. That alongside a centralized acknowledgement and an identification of issues would help tremendously to better understand how the dolls move and how to get myself out of these situations better. There is a surprising lack of easily findable video content on how to move and position these dolls in general considering how expensive they are.
Support has been good though, David took the time to understand my issue and has been trying to guide me through a solution. He has sent me posts from the community of people with similar issues. Zelex does also have its own Discord with a helpful community, but it is difficult navigating these sites and trying to find solutions.
I'm unsure if I would buy one again. I admittedly feel bad not giving this 5 stars because I do love the product, the growing pains have just been much more difficult than I anticipated and they honestly make me uninterested in even using her.
The stand itself is very good and strong, the velcro included tends to want to cling to everything erven when you dont want it to, an web belt would have been better
