I have to say this doll is really nice. You can get a lot of satisfaction with it, if you struggle coz you're unsure about the tits size I can say as european they're more than enough. The experience is awesome, make sure to clean her everytime you can, maybe the only negative side is the body temperature cannot be compared to a human, but hey it's still very fine. Also remember u need to be a little strong to move this doll, otherwise, you could struggle a bit. Overall it's an amazing experience and I suggest it, also she's very asian style, I'm gonna rate 8.5/10, very happy about it.

What the fuck... WHAT THE FUCK!!! This is thee greatest purchase I have EVER made in my life, and let me say this is the future this will cure all loneliness around the world. As it was coming I was like what did I just buy what am I doing with my money maybe this was a bad decision... And then it came in... When this thing arrived and I opened up the human size box... the second I saw the GREATEST ass and titties and body AND face I've ever seen in my life, my heart stopped... Best purchase of my life. I'm telling whoever is reading this try many different wigs whatever you're type is she can be that I've tried natural ginger redhead hair, black hair, the brunette wig it came with, all look so damn good on her! Also a little secret I do, buy one of those micro Bluetooth speakers and put it in her mouth, now you got a talking big titty bombshell in your room saying whatever asmr roleplays you put on YouTube. After reading glowing recommendations for Zelex, I bought my first doll and the quality and detail of the product has lived up to its reputation. I received her about a month ago and the unboxing was a dream come true. She is beautiful, her skin feels so soft, and looks so real. It is uncanny how realistic she looks and it honestly felt strange manipulating her fingers with how poseable they are. It is enjoyable to just manipulate her and admire her, but it is of course enjoyable to just use her too. She also feels very solid and I don't feel like I'm going to break her, except her hands and fingers are very delicate.
Not everything is perfect though; as enjoyable as it is to pose her, the arm and shoulder movement wasn't nearly as intuitive as I thought. In fact, with normal use, I somehow was able to manipulate her arm such that her shoulder shrugs unexpectedly and looks and feels dislocated. It has made using the doll how I would like more difficult and it makes me wary of trying to pose her in certain ways at all.
Prior to posing her (honestly I was nervous just first touching her), I checked the official site for videos, and a lot of the ones that were posted weren't available (they said to contact customer support). The ones that were available to me mostly just went into posing for sex positions, which is helpful, but having a more thorough overview of how the doll moves would allow me to be more creative with that in my own way. The main guidance is to hold the joint being moved, which does help and work, but a video demo would have been more helpful. The doll did also come with some instructions, but they were very basic diagrams of how to move the arms. I was admittedly disappointed that there wasn't a more detailed demo going through the elaborate skeleton and how to manipulate some of the specific joints. That alongside a centralized acknowledgement and an identification of issues would help tremendously to better understand how the dolls move and how to get myself out of these situations better. There is a surprising lack of easily findable video content on how to move and position these dolls in general considering how expensive they are.
Support has been good though, David took the time to understand my issue and has been trying to guide me through a solution. He has sent me posts from the community of people with similar issues. Zelex does also have its own Discord with a helpful community, but it is difficult navigating these sites and trying to find solutions.
I'm unsure if I would buy one again. I admittedly feel bad not giving this 5 stars because I do love the product, the growing pains have just been much more difficult than I anticipated and they honestly make me uninterested in even using her.
The stand itself is very good and strong, the velcro included tends to want to cling to everything erven when you dont want it to, an web belt would have been better

The overall storage is a wonderful thing to have and helps free up space. My only issue that gave it a 4 star was the locking mechanism. One of my MMX dolls had a major problem with the silicon implants in the butt. The MMX brand is extremely high quality and this was an honest defect in the implant compartments of both butt cheeks. I contacted David at betterlovedolls and he gave me a replacement MMX doll for the cost of shipping. These are 2k dollar dolls. The new doll arrived a month later and she is as beautiful as the old one and without the defect.

Great customer service. My constructive criticisms are not for the seller but on how some dolls are made.. For torso dolls, it seems to go for most, the arms should be reinforced more and move better, if you use them to prop her up for a bit of oral shall we say.. and if you raise them past horizontal the shoulders look weird AF.. that said the rest has some amazing attention to detail, beautiful doll. Again the rest is up to the user, depth, look all of that.. Though I also wish mroe and more dolls would also pay more attention to the Starfish look (asshole) give it a solid B+ , and a A+ for the sale I got it from.
