When there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to provide you with after-sales service. Here is our after-sales service commitment:
Delayed delivery full refund: Except for Elsababy and Fanreal dolls with long production cycles, if the delivery time of other love dolls you purchased exceeds 50 working days, we will provide you with a full refund and give you the doll free of charge. (Exceptions: ① If the recipient contacts and notifies us multiple times but still fails to clear customs or pick up the goods, resulting in the return or loss of the goods, we will not be responsible for any liability. ② If the address or contact information provided by the recipient is incorrect, and we have contacted and notified the customer multiple times but still have not received a reply, resulting in an extended delivery time, loss of goods, or delivery failure, we will not accept any liability.)
If you receive the wrong love doll, we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement. (Please keep the packaging and product intact, and take photos or videos in a timely manner. We will handle it for you as soon as possible.)
After receiving the love doll, if you find that the customized options are incorrect or missing, we will compensate you twice the amount of the incorrect or missing options. If the incorrect or missing options are free options, we will compensate you according to the minimum compensation standard of $20.
Within one month after the product arrives, if there is significant damage caused by non-human factors, such as major bone fractures (trunk, thighs, etc.) or large-scale skin cracking, we will give you a full refund. Some special functions (such as heating, electric buttocks,pinch function, etc.) are not covered.
