🛒 How Do I Claim My Free Gift?
- Visit the September promotion collection and select an eligible custom doll.
- Complete your desired customization options on the product page.
- The applicable free gift will appear as a promotional option.
- Select the gift and add it to your cart together with the doll.
- Complete your order, and the gift will be shipped with the doll.
1. Please confirm that you have selected and added the applicable gift. A gift that is not submitted together with an eligible doll order cannot be purchased or shipped separately afterward.

3. Each eligible selected doll is assigned a gift tier based on its own price.
The prices of multiple products in the same order cannot be combined to qualify one product for a higher gift tier.

During September, purchase an eligible in-stock doll from an overseas warehouse and successfully complete payment to qualify for the lucky draw.
This promotion includes three cashback rewards:
● 10% Base Reward: One Winner for Every 10 Valid Orders
During the promotion, for every 10 eligible, valid overseas-warehouse orders, we will draw one customer to receive 10% cashback on the amount actually paid for eligible products in that order.
The more valid orders there are, the more customers will receive 10% cashback.
● 50% Bonus: Unlocked at 60 Orders
If the final number of valid overseas-warehouse orders in September reaches 60, then in addition to the base 10% cashback drawing, we will draw one additional customer to receive 50% cashback on their order.
This reward does not replace any of the existing 10% cashback prizes. It is added on top of them.
● 100% Grand Prize: Unlocked at 100 Orders
If the final number of valid overseas-warehouse orders in September reaches 100, the promotion’s highest-value reward will be unlocked: one additional customer will be drawn to receive 100% cashback on their order.
The 60-order and 100-order rewards can both be unlocked. If the promotion reaches 100 valid overseas-warehouse orders, there will be:

🎟️ How Do I Enter the Overseas-Warehouse Lucky Draw?
1. Place an order: Purchase an eligible in-stock doll from an overseas warehouse between September 1 and September 30, 2026, to participate in the promotion.
2. Order review: After the promotion ends, we will review all eligible orders in early October and confirm whether the 60-order and 100-order reward tiers have been unlocked.
3. Follow promotion announcements: All prize drawings will be held in the official BetterLoveDoll Discord community. Join the official BetterLoveDoll Discord server to participate. Detailed participation instructions and the drawing schedule will be announced in early October. The list of winners will be published through the official BetterLoveDoll Discord server after the promotion ends.
4. Order eligibility: Canceled, fully refunded, charged-back, or abnormal orders are not eligible. For partially refunded orders, eligibility and cashback will be recalculated according to the final eligible amount paid.
5. Cashback calculation: Cashback applies only to the amount paid for eligible products from overseas warehouses. Shipping charges, taxes, additional service fees, and non-participating products are excluded.
6. One prize per order: If the same order is selected more than once, it will receive only the highest-value prize, and the lower-value prize will be redrawn. If a winning order becomes ineligible before the cashback is issued, a replacement winner will also be drawn.
