This was a custom first time order. I carefully choose the Fanreal Brand after an exhaustive look at other top tier all silicone doll brands. It was a tough choice. Ultimately, I settled on Fanreals's Josie C-Cup model for her realism, body frame, size, and beauty. She is the perfect women I would want in real life. David at Better Love Doll was excellent in communicating with the Fanreal Factory and me while addressing concerns I had along the ordering / shipping process. He also sent the factory photos so I could review Josie before she was packaged to be shipped.
Fanreal's quality is good. They could use some weight reduction foam because these dolls aren't lightweight and can be difficult to move around. The silicone did have a few indentations from shipping that did not go away after a few days of being out of the box, Nothing major. The fingers ,while they have very good detail, they are extremely fragile, as I already had one poke thru the silicone. So be careful with fingers! I ordered Josie's hard head with implanted hair, Eye lashes, and eyebrows. The long hair will pull out even when using a metal pet comb!!! So Later, I will end up buying a high quality wig and head net to outfit her with. I had placed my order to close to the Chinese New Year holiday and this resulted in weeks of delays before the package arrived at my door. ( My Fault).
I highly recommend BetterLoveDoll as a Vendor and will be using them again in the futrure!

I received my custom TOP CY doll in exactly 32 days. Given that she was custom, the timeline was incredible. The doll exceeded my expectations in every way, and, in my opinion, this doll surpasses a Zelex purchased two years ago. She even looks better than the factory pictures I was sent! Beyond the attractiveness and quality of "Faith", customer service from Better Love Doll is spectacular. A custom doll is a pretty significant investment, and David was there the entire time, alleviating any concerns that I had during the ordering/purchasing/shipping process. Speaking of which, packaging of the product is the best I have seen with the doll arriving just as she left the factory. Having purchased dolls of various quality over the years, I highly recommend Better Love Doll and the TOP CY brand above all vendors and manufacturers currently in the market today. My next purchase will definitely be through BLD!

I ordered 2 heads. In dark tan and glow colors. Glow is a little too light color for me, tan would look better I think. But the freckles compensate it well. The dark tan is a nice orange shade. Both are hard silicone. They are not rock hard. They mimic the human head much better than the soft heads. Except the lip, that is much harder than a real one. Each had 4 teeth, I took them out as they are not very visible. Eyebrows are implanted. The wigs are good quality. They are as lifelike as possible. One arrived after 3 weeks, the other after 6 weeks. It took 6 weeks because I wanted to change the make-up. It is an excellent webshop and the owner replies to messages very fast.

Big, heavy and beautiful the 167cm body is great if you like a bigger woman, she has a strong build like the Nords from Skyrim. I really enjoy all the softness options but heavily recommend the weight reduction, mine does not have it and she comes in at an incredible 115lbs without clothing.

Sie war professionell verpackt, Produktionszeit entsprach den Angaben und die Lieferung hat nur 12 Tage gedauert. Schneller als erwartet! Nach dem Auspacken als sie so nackt vor mir stand, dachte ich nur "Was für ein estetisch schöner Körper!" Ihr Gesicht makellos Hübsch, ihr Körper sowas von Real und hinreißen geformt, ihre Hautfarbe und sichtbare Hautstruktur sowie die wirklich echt aussehenden Hände und Füße! Ihre Bubs sehen nicht nur echt aus sondern fühlten sich auch noch echt an. Unter vorgehaltener Hand..., besser als in der realen Welt. Unglaublich welche Qualität Lusandy da zustande gebracht hat. Viele kleine Details sind mir erst später aufgefallen. Was mich aber besonders überrascht hat ist, das egal in welche Position man sie bringt, es treten keine unnatürlichen Verformungen oder Falten in den Gelenkbereichen auf. Die Proportionen passen einfach in jeder Stellung, was für mich ein gutes Qualitätsmerkmal darstellt. Schön ist auch, man kann ihr Anziehen was man will, sie sieht immer hinreißend aus. Siehe Fotos.
Mein Fazit: Lusandy stellt wirklich hochwertige Dolls her. Sie sind Makellos. Die Körper entsprechen der Natur und Realität, nichts unnatürliches hinzugefügt oder entfernt. Die Qualität ist top. Die Gewichtsreduzierung erleichtert das Handling ungemein. Mit Lusandy kann man nichts falsch machen und kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn es eine Silicon Doll werden soll.
Better Love Doll Fazit: Dirk ist ein vertrauensvoller Händler. Er reagiert auf Mails zeitnah und ich habe hier meine Doll zum günstigsten Preis gefunden. Danke auch für das kostenlos und Limitierte Reinigungsset, welches ich ungeahnt und überraschen wenig später erhalten habe.

As always, it is a great pleasure to do business with David at Better Love Doll, and the Zelex torso doll that I ordered far exceeded my expectations. She is beautiful, and as far as I’m concerned, the best value out there. Zelex in general seems to have the best overall value and quality for the price. I just want to start this review off by saying how great the customer service from David here at Better Love Doll has been. He has been super patient with me and answering all of my questions. Next, the doll: I ordered a Zelex torso doll with the ZX213-2 head, and I am officially blown away by the detail. The ROS structure, the vein detail in the skin, and the gel breasts feel incredibly lifelike. Not to mention how stunning the face is and the makeup detail. The Zelex is the absolute best quality and value in a torso for under $1,000, period. I have quite a few, but none of them even compare. I highly recommend the Zelex brand, and Better Love Doll. With the smooth, friendly communication and the best prices, you can’t go wrong!

Lets be honest people like different things so a perfect doll to some might not be to others so its subjective... sex is definitly one of those things. So without judging poduct I can judge the store. Great service, great communication, qick shipping time, lots of products of high quality, lots of good products not always offered like the cleaning kit i plan on getting. And the website is great. I need two things form a store website with adult stuff. 1. A easy lay out that has filtering options.. this one has that in spades. 2. Show me the goods... there are a few models I wish I could see more. I am an ass man and often these dolls skimp on placement or look as a after thought. That is not on Better Love doll and I hope changes over time. But for the most part they show you what you need to see.

I recently purchased and received the other day a new head for my Kelli (Kelly). I used my spelling of her name :)

All I can say is excellent job FanReal for accommodating a hairstyle which I sent to David to see if it could be done. I used the human hair option this time as I wanted to see how this would be on Kelli and WOW. I know wigs are easier for changing styles, but I have Kelli set now and she will stay like this. The hair brushed and cleaned up nicely. Thanks FanReal team and David at Better Love Doll for accommodating and answering my questions. Kelli looks great!

The skin tone is dead on as this head is new, but for those wondering Kelli is the 170cm G cup doll from the initial debut of the Kelli head.

Arrived at its destination and unpacked, the chosen options have made this doll truly remarkable. Able to stand on her own thanks to the reinforced structure, with a deeply designed head allowing eyelid adjustments, detailed makeup, and lifelike skin… For now, I only have the beginnings of the outfit you can see in the picture, but honestly, she’s incredible.

Very happy with MMX. For the price (aroud 1600 at the time with ROS head) i wasn't expecting the quality and detailing she has. She was well packaged so absolutly zero damage. Kuddos for the little package with bascis of care.

Loved the care from David and his team, very patient and informative (saved me from buying a head that wouldn't suit the body for example), very reactive to questions and forward with informations.

Looked forward to discovering a silicone doll and she's sold me on the material. It's so easy to maintain compared to TPE, which a welcomed time saver.

Time that I enjoy with that doll. She's light which makes manipulating easy, and unexpetedly cuddly. She's very comfortable when it comes to intimate moments, and quite good looking during others. Only negative point would be her hands, they are too small and a tad weird to hold.

All in all, a great buy.

Selena is an amazingly lifelike love doll. She is incredibly soft and detailed. A doll to live with, love and fall in love with.
She is very flexible, can hold every conceivable pose and is wonderful for photo shoots. Sex with her is gentle and soft. Absolutely fantastic. Treating her tenderly is highly recommended. Her bottom and breasts are incredibly soft and she has a presence that will dispel your loneliness.
