In December I bought the Ling model. At the end of December I bought an additional head with a movable jaw, both together cost over $3000. The quality of the doll is very poor. After just a few days, the feet and hands had cracks so that the skeleton underneath was visible. After 2 weeks, the left shoulder was no longer firm and the arm could no longer be positioned correctly. Since today evening, the doll's hip on the left side has completely broken or come loose, and the leg is wobbling around completely loosely. For a product that costs as much as a used car, I think the workmanship of the doll is outrageous. You really can't speak of quality here. This doll can only be used as an object for taking photos, but not as a love doll. As a customer I feel cheated because this was the reason for buying the doll. Added to this is the awful information policy from betterlovedoll. I was left waiting for weeks on both of my orders without being notified. Only when I contacted them and put pressure on them did they react and I received an answer. So I can only give them the minimum rating. If I ever buy a doll again, it won't be a FANREAL one.
