What you would recommend to first-time buyers

1. Plan your storage space before your doll arrives.

Think ahead about where you'll keep your doll. This could include a storage case, the original shipping box (which is worth keeping), a hanging storage system, a spare bed, or another dedicated space.

2. Be patient during the waiting period.

Custom dolls can take quite a while to arrive. Finding another hobby or project to keep yourself busy can make the wait feel much shorter.

3. Don't buy too many clothes in advance.

Factory measurements aren't always perfectly accurate, so it's best to wait until your doll arrives before buying lots of clothes. If you do shop in advance, avoid tight-fitting items such as bras, fitted shirts, or leggings. Loose or stretchy clothing is much easier to dress your doll in. Choosing one or two sizes larger than you normally would can also make dressing and undressing much easier.

4. Set aside time for the initial inspection and cleaning.

When your doll arrives, don't rush the unboxing. Allow yourself an hour or two to inspect the doll carefully, record an unboxing video in case any issues need to be documented, and give the doll a thorough initial cleaning before enjoying it.
