Everything arrived in unmarked boxes as advertised. The doll was in great condition and I was able to track everything every step of the way. I wasn't expecting the head to ship separately but that gave me a fun Brad Pitt "what's in the box" moment. Both the head and body came on the same day and two days earlier than projected.

Better than expected

This is my first doll and I couldn't be happier with the experience as a whole. The doll itself is amazing. I was afraid that her appearance wouldn't match up with the photos but she's even better than expected. Note to new users though, I wanted to make her goth (Like Riona from Being a Dik) so I got some cheap makeup and tried to apply it myself. If you do this, get some decent makeup with brushes and such. Watch some tutorials and be ready to fail. I also need to get a hair brush for her. Customer service was great and the doll arrived days before she was projected to. I've attached a photo of her but know that you can probably do a better job than me with posing and taking pictures lol. Also, buying different outfits for her is more fun that I expected.

Yes, she did arrive safely. I appreciate the way she was packaged in the Styrofoam mold, and wrapped in a blanket to prevent any water from getting inside. She is beautifully crafted and painted, and feels great to the touch.

She looks just like in the photographs. I thought, sinically, they might be artificially enhanced but no! she is just as beautiful. The only drawback is I was hoping for red finger nails, this is probably my fault for not filling in the customisations corectly, at least she has red tonails. Her Nipples are great just the colour I chose and her vulva also. Hence I have no complaints. Delivery time about a week less than I expected, service was good and communication exellent.
