I have been collecting dolls for four years. I have purchased from at least six vendors. Nowhere have I had the personalized service than from betterlovedolls.
One of my MMX dolls had a major problem with the silicon implants in the butt. The MMX brand is extremely high quality and this was an honest defect in the implant compartments of both butt cheeks. I contacted David at betterlovedolls and he gave me a replacement MMX doll for the cost of shipping. These are 2k dollar dolls. The new doll arrived a month later and she is as beautiful as the old one and without the defect.
This vendor stands by their dolls. They have a great points system and you are rewarded for being a good customer. I will only get dolls and heads from them. They have the best collection and service.
