Experience was great! First time using betterlovedolI and first time purchasing any doll, had accidentally enter the wrong shipping address and just about had a heart attack lol but David was very helpful and fixed it for me. Comes in a tall discreet box. The doll is beautiful but I guess I didn't realize how heavy and awkward moving around 90+ lbs would be, been getting quite the workout just dressing and positioning her and trying not to smash my toes from the metal rods in the feet lol. Next purchase will definitely be something in the 50lbs range, but also fun surprise to me, I didn't know her mouth opens a little too! My experience buying this doll was absolutely perfect. David the owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Though the doll's head was shipped separately, the retailer told me in advance that it may be and it actually arrived on the same day as the body. I particularly like the movable Jaw with teeth and a tongue. Their are blue veins which makes my new doll more realistic looking. The skin tone matches my TPE wife's head and this silicone body is compatible with it. I highly recommend this retailer because the customer service is outstanding and the prices and quality of dolls are excellent.

First doll B cup smaller than I thought but that's OK. Tpe is very heavy so changing positions or moving her around is a little difficult other than that it is perfect.

I don't know whether this is supposed to be strictly about the doll or the entire ordeal. I will include everything in order.

Support experience: Good. Before buying, I asked whether there's a way to get the doll with smaller breasts. Support was responsive and courteous. (Sadly, JX Doll's options for this request are lacking, but that's not BetterLoveDoll's problem.)

Purchase experience: Good. There's really not much to it. You buy it and it eventually ships. The only thing I can really say is it took longer than I expected to ship, given that it was supposedly in-stock.

Delivery experience: Good. The doll is packaged carefully and does indeed come in a non-descript (but obviously large) cardboard package.

Inclusions: Comes with some very minimal lingerie and a cheap douche. The head comes detached and there are no instructions, so I had to look up how that worked.

Quality: This is my first doll, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but overall I think Boa's head and the body it comes with are excellent. The head is the entire reason I decided to go through with buying the doll; it's absolutely gorgeous and the real product isn't far off from the glamor shots on the website. I will mention that the toes have no wire in them, so they just jiggle comically whenever she gets nudged.
