Great customer service. My constructive criticisms are not for the seller but on how some dolls are made.. For torso dolls, it seems to go for most, the arms should be reinforced more and move better, if you use them to prop her up for a bit of oral shall we say.. and if you raise them past horizontal the shoulders look weird AF.. that said the rest has some amazing attention to detail, beautiful doll. Again the rest is up to the user, depth, look all of that.. Though I also wish mroe and more dolls would also pay more attention to the Starfish look (asshole) give it a solid B+ , and a A+ for the sale I got it from.

I received this item as compensation for a price difference. At first, I thought everything was built-in and that I just had to talk to it, and that would be it. BUT NO!
The device itself doesn’t inspire confidence because of its quality (it looks like a children’s toy ready to break the moment it hits the floor).
For it to be usable, you need to have a third-party account that must be connected for synchronization (at first I thought: “okay, why not”).
But for it to actually be usable, you have to pay an additional subscription, and you don’t even get free access to basic voices—even though you’re already paying $200 for the device + a subscription of around $5 for the first month and then $80 for the following ones (at that point, I was so put off that I didn’t even want to try it).
Sure, it may use AI technology, so the subscription can be understood, but not having access to a basic level considering the initial price? No way.
Arrived at its destination and unpacked, the chosen options have made this doll truly remarkable. Able to stand on her own thanks to the reinforced structure, with a deeply designed head allowing eyelid adjustments, detailed makeup, and lifelike skin… For now, I only have the beginnings of the outfit you can see in the picture, but honestly, she’s incredible.
Everything during this process has been spectacular with BetterLoveDoll! David has been a great help, and I find myself confident that I made as good of a choice as I could have. The doll itself is extremely high-quality, and matches almost perfectly to the promotional material!
