Start ShoppingThe doll has been damaged upon delivery. It was shipped upside down and now the right shoulder shrug doesn't work as the left side. I have to use both hands and it's a constant strain just to move the shoulder. The neck is even worse. I have to use both hands and exert a tremendous amount of force just to move the neck. I have to use so much for us that the eyeballs actually pop out. There is also a stain on the upper left arm that is not coming out and I am out of stain remover and tpe cleaner. The good news is the fingernails were perfect and the color looked really good.. The heads were not damaged and they are in perfect shape. They are beautiful. Other than that I could tell that it would have been a beautiful doll if it had not been damaged

Like most first-time buyers, I spent a long time making up my mind amidst the multitude of models on the market. I am amazed at how lifelike the doll looks and feels. The quality is exceptional, and it exceeded my expectations by far. I was also actually shocked by how quickly it was delivered. If I ever make a similar purchase, I see no reason to buy from anyone other than BLD!
I love the model that I bought. It has just that body type to hold closely for sleep and other activities of the sorts... I has made sleep more bearable and less lonely. If anything I would definitely recommend for friends that are interested for such desirable products.
