If you need to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS store, please inform us of the store address before the package is shipped. You must confirm with the store whether they allow pick-up to prevent the package from being delivered to an invalid or refused address.

1.3 Change of Delivery Time/Delay

If you are unable to receive the package at the courier’s estimated time, you can directly contact the courier to change the delivery time and inform us at service@betterlovedoll.com.

2. Shipping Delays

If the delivery of your doll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

  • If the product includes special features such as electric hips, oral functions, or implanted hair, or if you have specific requirements that extend production time, a separate delivery time will be agreed upon. If certain features require additional payment or confirmation before production, the delivery time will be calculated from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.
  • If the product is from brands with long production times, such as Elsa Babe or Fanreal. Please refer to the production time table above.
  • For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 30 days. In case of out-of-stock situations at overseas warehouses, we will contact customers within 2 working days of order placement, and the compensation eligibility period starts from the final order confirmation.
  • If the delivery personnel repeatedly contact the recipient, but the recipient fails to clear customs or pick up the package, resulting in the package being returned or lost, we bear no responsibility.

1. Pre-Shipment Refund

Betterlovedoll offers a worry-free refund guarantee for impulsive purchases. You may request a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. For refunds, please contact service@betterlovedoll.com.

How to confirm if your purchased product has been shipped?

  • For products from local warehouses, you must contact us within 12 working hours. After 12 working hours, the product is considered shipped by default.
  • For customized products, we will arrange factory production within 1 working day. After production is completed, the product will be shipped within 1 working day. Therefore, the full refund period for customized products is: 1 day + the corresponding factory production time + 1 day. 2. In-Transit Refund

Even if your product has already been shipped, you can still request a refund. However, you must contact us before the product arrives and follow our instructions to refuse delivery upon receipt. If the delivery of your purchased Betterlovedoll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship the doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are exempt from the above time limits:

  • For products with special functions (e.g., motorized hips, oral functions, implanted hair, etc.) or if the customer’s special requirements for doll functions cause extended production time, the shipping time will be separately agreed upon. If certain functions require additional payment or confirmation before production, the compensation period starts from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.

The standard skeleton is the default option. It has fewer joints and a relatively limited range of motion.

The yoga skeleton adds multiple joints at the collarbone area, allowing the doll to perform shoulder shrugging movements, and features double-joint structures at the elbows and knees to enhance limb flexibility and range of motion. These upgrades enable the doll to perform various yoga poses and positions. This option is ideal for those who want to explore different poses and create dynamic, lifelike experiences.

SY Doll has upgraded their neck skeleton.

Previously, SY Doll used a spiral spring rod structure for the neck, which relied on a coiled metal rod for support. The range of motion was limited. Additionally, because the skeleton relied on elastic support, its stability was relatively poor.

The upgraded skeleton uses a pivot structure, allowing the head to rotate flexibly in all directions forward, backward, left, and right. With screw joints controlling the movement, it provides a certain locking force, thus offering improved stability.

Finger Options

SY Doll offers options for copper wire fingers and articulated fingers.

SY Dolls copper wire fingers have recently been upgraded.

The previous copper wire fingers used thinner metal wires, making the fingers overall too soft and lacking sufficient support. Additionally, the overly thin fingertip structure was prone to piercing through the fingers during use.

The upgraded copper wire fingers have been structurally reinforced with thicker wires. Each finger uses a covered metal core design and is equipped with a rubber protective cap at the fingertip, effectively preventing punctures through the silicone skin. Additionally, the entire skeleton is wrapped with a thick woven protective layer, greatly enhancing flexibility and durability. As a result, finger poses are more stable and less prone to deformation.

SY Doll offers three types of breast options:
