1.3 Change of Delivery Time/Delay

If you are unable to receive the package at the courier’s estimated time, you can directly contact the courier to change the delivery time and inform us at service@betterlovedoll.com.

2. Shipping Delays

If the delivery of your doll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

  • If the product includes special features such as electric hips, oral functions, or implanted hair, or if you have specific requirements that extend production time, a separate delivery time will be agreed upon. If certain features require additional payment or confirmation before production, the delivery time will be calculated from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.
  • If the product is from brands with long production times, such as Elsa Babe or Fanreal. Please refer to the production time table above.
  • For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 30 days. In case of out-of-stock situations at overseas warehouses, we will contact customers within 2 working days of order placement, and the compensation eligibility period starts from the final order confirmation.

Starpery has developed a new material called S-TPE, suitable for all dolls. Compared to traditional TPE, S-TPE offers the following advantages:

1.Softer: Using advanced material technology, it significantly improves softness, providing a more comfortable touch and a feel similar to real female skin;

2.Higher elasticity: S-TPEs elasticity far surpasses that of ordinary TPE;

3.More tear-resistant: Its tear resistance is about 8 times that of standard TPE;

4.Less oily: Regular TPE tends to produce excess oil, a common complaint among doll enthusiasts, but S-TPE effectively solves this issue.

1.The production cycle for S-TPE dolls is approximately 3 weeks, while regular TPE dolls take about 2 weeks. The S-TPE dolls have a relatively longer production time.

2.Currently, S-TPE material dolls are only available in light brown skin tone. Other skin tones are expected to be released later.

3.S-TPE material has better tear resistance compared to regular TPE, but that does not mean it is tear-proof. Keeping the doll in extreme poses for extended periods can still cause tearing. Please avoid maintaining a single pose for a long time and return the doll to a flat, resting position after use.

4.The following heights are not available with the S-TPE option: 161cm, 168cm, and 173cm.

Gear Skeleton

Currently, Starpery uses its self-developed gear skeleton, which offers several advantages over the previous EVO skeleton:

More flexible: The joints in the shoulders, elbows, waist, and knees are precisely designed with flexible gears. These gear joints allow for accurate locking and angle fixation, making it easier to pose the doll with less stiffness and preventing slippage or spring-back after positioning.

Reduced looseness: The gear structure is more wear-resistant and durable, with a lower chance of joint loosening compared to the EVO skeleton. With this new skeleton, the hip and shoulder joints are more robust and less likely to become loose over time.

No squeaking sounds: Some older skeletons can be too tight and produce squeaking noises during movement. This flexible gear skeleton ensures smooth and quiet posing.

Improved design: To prevent overextension of the arms, a small adjustment has been made to the shoulder area of the new skeleton, reducing the risk of underarm tearing.

Finger Options

Currently Starpery offers two finger options: copper wire fingers and articulated fingers.

----------Copper Wire Fingers----------

 

Copper wire fingers are the default configuration of Starpery. They have no finger joints and cannot hold things.

 

----------Articulated Finger 2.0----------

 

The articulated structure simulates the multiple joints of human fingers, allowing for more natural bending and posing, richer and more vivid gestures, and is especially suitable for photography, playing or display. Compared with copper wire fingers, articulated fingers adopt a mechanical structure, which has a longer life and is more stable under normal use.

Previously, Starpery released Version 1.0 of its articulated fingers. The upgraded Version 2.0 comes with a series of improvements. The updates and advantages of Version 2.0 include:

1.Made of stainless steel material, making the fingers stronger and more durable.

2.Replaced square metal finger bones with rounded ones, featuring spherical tips to prevent finger punctures.

3.The wrist joint uses a ball-and-socket design, allowing for flexible wrist rotation.

 

Head Type Options

Starpery provides 3 types of head options: hard silicone head, soft silicone head and ROS head.

Hard Silicone Head: Due to the use of firmer materials, hard silicone heads do not have an oral function. However, they feature more detailed craftsmanship and can support implanted hair to create various hairstyles you like.

Soft Silicone Head: Soft silicone heads come with an oral function (approximately 13cm deep oral canal). Although the internal details are not as realistic as those of the ROS head and slightly less refined than the hard silicone head, they still look great. Soft silicone heads can also support hair implantation, but we do not recommend it, as the hair is prone to shedding and the overall appearance may not be as appealing.

Usually, Starpery provides body paint identical to the picture (default option). If you choose this option, Starpery will create body paint details the same as the promotional doll images.

W.R. 4.0(Weight Reduction Tech 4.0) !

In 2021, Starpery released Weight Reduction Technology 3.0. This technology greatly reduced the dolls weight, but because it was difficult to standardize, some dolls appeared slightly stiff or heavy, and the weight reduction data often changed.

After discovering this issue, Starpery continued to research weight reduction and released Weight Reduction Technology 4.0 in 2024. This technology not only made the dolls body lighter but also had superior softness.

----------Principle of Weight Reduction Technology 4.0----------

 

To achieve better softness, Starpery uses a self-skinning protective layer on the inner core to prevent the silicone liquid from over-penetrating, which would cause the inner core surface to harden.

To solve the previous problem of difficulty in standardization and to achieve better weight reduction, Starpery researched two technologies:

The first is the dual-mold foaming technique. By combining the inner core mold and body mold while simultaneously securing the skeleton, the shape of the foam inner core can be controlled more precisely. The thickness of the foam core mold also determines the silicone skin layer thickness, allowing for more accurate control of the silicone skin.

The second is the pre-flow channel technology. Grooves are pre-cut on the foam core to guide the silicone material to slowly flow out from the top, thereby perfectly avoiding the silicone from compressing the soft core.

Heating 3.0 System !

To provide a better experience for customers, Starpery spent nearly a year developing a heating system and finally launched the Heating 3.0 system in January 2023.

Heating 3.0 sets 11 heating zones on the doll, using different power levels to heat different parts. It is embedded with a CPU that has 10 temperature sensors to detect temperature. Once the temperature reaches the limit, the power will automatically shut off, making the heating function much safer.

At the same time, Starpery reviewed the shortcomings of the Heating 1.0 and 2.0 systems and chose a brand-new heating materialgrapheneto achieve efficient heating.

In addition, Starpery developed a dedicated app (Android only) to monitor temperature changes in real time, making heating more intelligent.


----------Instructions for Use----------

 

When you receive the doll and unpack the packaging, you will find heating function accessories inside the box. Please take out the black power cable and connect it to the socket on the back of the doll. The heating port is located on the back of the neck.

Considering that different countries/regions use different types of plugs, Starpery will include the corresponding plug before shipping.

Plug the power cable into the dolls neck to start heating, then cover the doll with a blanket to keep warm for about 30 minutes. You will find the body is warm enough. Turn off the power, unplug the cable, and you can hug your warm doll.

 

In the new heating system design, Starpery sets a default temperature limit (the optimal temperature set by Starpery is 40°C). Usually, after heating for half an hour, the temperature will reach the limit, and the CPU will automatically turn off the heating power (as shown in the picture below) to keep the doll at a constant temperature.

If your phone is Android, Starperys dedicated app allows you to monitor the dolls heating status and observe the entire heating process and temperature data.

Additionally, if you find the doll is not warm enough, you can adjust the temperature limit (slide to the last page on the app and adjust the temperature limit in the corresponding row), but please note that too high a temperature may damage the TPE material or even cause harm.

Heating status each part will show that it is heating. Once the temperature reaches the limit, heating will automatically stop and a white completion icon will be displayed.

Note:

1.Due to the long heating time (1-2 hours), after the TPE body reaches the maximum temperature, the buttocks remain at a constant temperature. Excessive heat combined with the dolls weight causes the buttocks to collapse and get damaged. Therefore, Starpery removed the heating pad from the TPE dolls buttocks, so TPE dolls have 9 heating zones (breasts, abdomen, thighs, vagina, calves, and back). It is also recommended to limit the heating time for TPE dolls to within half an hour and stop heating once it feels warm.

2.It is not recommended to heat the doll during sexual activity.

3.When not using the heating system, please unplug the power plug.

4.When cleaning the doll, be careful not to let water enter the neck hole.

5.When unplugging the power cable, do not pull forcefully. Press the connector and pull out the black power cable to better protect the internal wiring.

 

Moaning Function

Starpery provides a 5-point touch moaning system there are 5 touch sensors inside the body: breast area, thigh area, and upper vagina (as shown in the picture), along with a wireless Bluetooth speaker.

Usage: Take out the speaker module; press and hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds to turn it on; when you touch these parts, you will find they start moaning and the speaker flashes a red light, indicating it is working; after use, press and hold for about 3-5 seconds to turn it off.

 

Clamp&Suction Function

Starpery offers a second-generation Clamp & Suction Function. The second-generation Clamp & Suction device is external and connected to the dolls body by a tube.

There are three modes available for the Clamp & Suction Function. If you find the strength too low, it may be due to low device battery. Please charge the device.

Hair Care Steps:

1.Combing the dolls hair: Take the dolls head out of the head bag and undo the headband. The Starpery dolls head already has a beautiful hairstyle. If the hair is not very messy, there is no need to comb it. If the hair is messy, take out the comb we prepared for you from the accessories bag. First, divide the dolls hair into several parts, do not comb all at once. Hold the middle part of the hair, then gently and slowly comb to avoid excessive hair loss. Dividing the hair into parts to comb will make the dolls hair neat and smooth.

2.Washing the dolls hair: We do not recommend washing the dolls hair with shampoo daily, as this will make the hair frizzier and harder to manage. Conditioner is a better choice. Add an appropriate amount of conditioner into clean water and mix well. Wet the hair, then apply the conditioner to make it smooth. After thoroughly rinsing, rinse the hair again with clean water. Then towel-dry the hair and blow dry it. Be careful not to get conditioner on the scalp area to avoid hair loss, and make sure to dry the dolls hair completely.

3.Doing some simple hairstyles: If you always leave the dolls hair loose, it easily gets messy and requires a lot of time to comb. Its better to do some simple hairstyles and tie the hair up, so the doll and your home dont get messy.

 

 

Eye Adjustment Tutorial !

There is a spring inside the eyeball. By gently pressing, you can easily turn the eyeball in any direction. If you accidentally turn the eyeball to another angle and cannot turn it back, you can use a small pair of scissors or tweezers to gently press the sclera area and slowly move it back to the correct position.
