If you need to pick up your package at a FedEx/UPS store, please inform us of the store address before the package is shipped. You must confirm with the store whether they allow pick-up to prevent the package from being delivered to an invalid or refused address.

1.2 Change of Delivery Address

Please confirm the accuracy of the address before shipping. If you need to change the delivery address after the package has been shipped, please contact service@betterlovedoll.com.

1.3 Change of Delivery Time/Delay

If you are unable to receive the package at the courier’s estimated time, you can directly contact the courier to change the delivery time and inform us at service@betterlovedoll.com.

2. Shipping Delays

If the delivery of your doll exceeds 60 working days, we will provide a full refund and ship a replacement doll to you free of charge.

The following special circumstances are not subject to the above time limit:

  • If the product includes special features such as electric hips, oral functions, or implanted hair, or if you have specific requirements that extend production time, a separate delivery time will be agreed upon. If certain features require additional payment or confirmation before production, the delivery time will be calculated from the completion of confirmation.
  • If the product is shipped from China and production time is significantly extended due to special holidays or factory scheduling.
  • If the product is from brands with long production times, such as Elsa Babe or Fanreal. Please refer to the production time table above.
  • For U.S. warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 10 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 20 days. For European and Canadian warehouses, the maximum delivery time is 15 days, with a compensation eligibility period of 30 days. In case of out-of-stock situations at overseas warehouses, we will contact customers within 2 working days of order placement, and the compensation eligibility period starts from the final order confirmation.
  • If the delivery personnel repeatedly contact the recipient, but the recipient fails to clear customs or pick up the package, resulting in the package being returned or lost, we bear no responsibility.

3. Shipping Damage

Upon unboxing, if you find any defects in the product, please contact us immediately and provide photos and videos of the damage. We will handle it promptly!

3.1 Minor Damage

If you discover minor damage during unboxing, such as broken eyebrows, nails, makeup peeling, minor skin cracks, or protruding fingers, please contact us and provide photos and videos to apply for compensation. Compensation ranges from $10 to $100.

If the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS/FedEx to file a claim as soon as possible and inform us. We will provide assistance or compensation based on the specific situation.

Now, IDODOLL 3.0 body makeup is designed by a professional makeup factory that specializes in multiple doll brands. From design to production, the entire makeup process is handled by this factory. The body makeup has been upgraded from three layers to five layers, with some areas reaching 7 to 10 layers. Details such as capillaries are meticulously rendered, and fixing materials have been improved for durability. Customers have reported the texture is very close to real human skin.

After the first three steps and once the silicone has cured, the doll’s skin already possesses basic texture features. Professional makeup artists then apply body makeup to bring the skin tone closer to the natural color, gloss, and texture of real human skin, enhancing both visual and tactile realism.

IDO Doll adopts the advanced EVO skeleton, with the main structure made of 304 stainless steel and screws made of 201 stainless steel. The skeleton features a total of 34 movable joints, including clavicle joints and double joints in the limbs. IDO Doll uses the standard M16 connection method to attach the head to the body. For each doll, IDO Doll provides two types of connectors to choose from:

1.M16 Bolt

The M16 bolt is a common head connector for dolls. It connects the head and neck by screwing the bolt in with a spiral rotation.


2.Insert-Type M16 Adapter

Generally, one end of the insert-type M16 adapter has a standard M16 external thread, while the other end features a raised boss with a positioning hole. During installation, simply screw the threaded end into the neck, and then directly insert the other end into the head, making the entire installation process more convenient and efficient.

What sets IDO Doll apart is their major breakthrough in weight reduction technology. All IDO Doll dolls come standard with super weight reduction technology, utilizing the most advanced weight reduction tech in the industry (Weight Reduction Technology 4.0). This allows the dolls to maintain softness while shedding an additional 17 to 26 pounds.

The secret of I DO DOLL’s super weight reduction and super soft touch is Weight Reduction Tech 4.0.
First of all, we need to know that the structure of silicone dolls has three layers:
The innermost is the skeleton, outside the skeleton is wrapped with a weight reduction layer, the foam inner liner, and outside the weight reduction layer is wrapped with a silicone layer,i.e.silicone skin of the doll.
So, the feel of the doll is determined not only by the silicone layer but also by the weight reduction layer.

After understanding the structure of the doll, let’s take a look at Weight Reduction Tech 3.0 and how it achieves weight reduction.
1. In the first step, the skeleton is wrapped with a foam liner.
2. In the second step, the foam liner is wrapped with a layer of TPU knit fabric to prevent silicone fluid from penetrating it.
This layer of fabric serves two purposes: it prevents silicone liquid from penetrating the foam liner and helps improve the adhesion of the doll’s silicone skin to the foam liner.
Please note, however, that despite the elasticity of the TPU knitted fabric, it becomes quite hard after inflation, resulting in the whole doll feeling hard to the touch.

So what improvements have been made to Weight Reduction Tech 4.0 from Weight Reduction Tech 3.0?

1.The first is the elimination of the TPU knitted fabric and the formation of a protective layer through the self-skinning of the foam inner liner, which prevents the liquid silicone from penetrating the weight reduction layer and hardening it. Through this step, the weight reduction layer will feel very soft and close to the real human fat layer.

2. Second, the double mold foaming technology is used. That is, the inner liner mold is added outside the weight loss layer, and then the body mold is put in. The double mold can accurately control the shape of the foaming liner, and the thickness of the skin of the silicone doll is controlled by the thickness of the inner liner mold, so the thickness of the skin can be more accurately controlled.

3. Finally, there is the pre-flow channel technology, by pre-slotting the silicone material and guiding it to flow in slowly from the head, the extrusion of the silicone material on the soft inner liner can be very perfectly avoided, and the problem of weight and softness can be perfectly solved.

By using Weight Reduction Tech 4.0, I DO DOLL’s dolls achieve a lighter weight and softer feel. Moreover, dolls produced by Weight Reduction Tech 4.0 are more stable in terms of material and structure, which reduces the risk of deformation of the inner liner under pressure, and there will be a certain increase in durability. For the upcoming athletic body series, IDO Doll has started developing MJP red wax printing technology. It is expected that the following key areas (marked in red) of the athletic series will utilize MJP red wax printing technology:



3D Printing Technology

In the silicone love doll industry, some brands have already begun developing 3D printing technology, primarily for use during the master mold (prototype mold) development stage.

However, the 3D printing technologies used by different brands are not all the same. Below are some commonly used 3D printing methods within the industry:


Characteristics of Each Printing Method: 

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling):

Low-cost and fast, ideal for printing large body molds. However, it lacks fine detail and requires extensive post-processing.

SLA/DLP (Resin Printing):

High precision, typically used for head sculpts or small detailed parts. However, the materials are brittle and prone to deformation during mold-making.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering):

Well-suited for functional components but not ideal for soft mold replication.

MJP (MultiJet Printing, also known as Red Wax Printing):

Offers high precision and ultra-smooth surfaces, specifically designed for casting applications—this is the technology we’ll be focusing on today.









What Is MJP Red Wax Printing Technology?

MJP (MultiJet Printing) uses a low-melting-point red wax material and can achieve a layer resolution of up to 16 microns. It is one of the most advanced 3D printing technologies available to master mold makers and is traditionally used in fields such as jewelry, medical modeling, and bionic design.


Today, IDO Doll applies this technology to the prototyping of silicone dolls, taking realism to an entirely new level.
